Glenn Kirk Erickson Glenn left this life on April 25, 2010 after a serious motocross accident on April 18, 2010. He was an active 60 year old who lived and breathed motocross. He also enjoyed photography, cactus gardening, traveling, scuba diving and target shooting.

Glenn will be missed by his family, Kris VanHorne, Amy Holzgrafe, Bruce and Bonnie Erickson, Shannon Kolar, Morgan Thompson, his riding buddy Tim Wall, as well as many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margee Erickson (the belly-dancing grandma); his father, Edwin Erickson; and his youngest brother, Kirk Erickson.

Glenn was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 1976. Glenn was professionally and compassionately cared for in the ICU at UMC. Family and friends are particularly grateful to his day nurse, Joel Coleman. The sad irony is that his dream of retirement after a 35 year career as a Produce Manager with Frys Food Store was realized only two months ago.

A private celebration of his life will be held among family and friends. Remembrances in his mother's name may be made to the Tucson Alzheimer's Association . These were Glenn's words the evening before he passed, "Life was a great ride. Although shorter than I had planned, I have no regrets!"
