My Story - Bob Cocke
Last Updated on 05/14/12

It's really hard to know what to put down without writng a book. In regard to my personal life I'll just say that I was married and divorced in the early 70s, then married for 15 years and widowed in 1998. I am currently living with someone that I've been with since 2000.

I taught college art in the Midwest for 7 years, then took a job teaching art at ASU in '83. I retired as a full professor in 2005. I now paint full time, and live on the outskirts of Oracle, AZ. I have galleries in Tucson (Davis Dominguez), Dallas, San Francisco and Milwaukee. My paintings are in a number of museum collections including the Smithsonian Art Museum in Washington, D.C., the Tucson Museum of Art and the Phoenix Art Museum.

I think of the Catalina years and my classmates often, and wonder what's happened to so many of you.
